After that we walked along the Orchard Road and roughly we can see the decoration of Christmas! One more month to go, people are starting to prepare and welcome the incoming Christmas celebration! Hohohohoho… You better watch out! You better not cry! Lalalalala~ lalalala~~~~ Santa Claus is coming to town~~~ There’s a lots of shopping mall along this Orchard Road, such as OG Orchard Point, Takashimaya, Tangs, Paragon, Wisma Atria, so on and so forth. Sure you can get lots of branded stuff, high class stuff, affordable one, anything and everything here! Frankly speaking, I never visit to ALL the shopping malls, but some of them! You better don’t visit to all these malls or even this Orchard station during peak hour or any special occasion! That’s crazy and mad HUMAN JAM, especially Christmas I guess! Then we took the train from Orchard Station to the City Hall and do some sight-seeing by foot. First, we reached Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay (The Durian) which is located alongside of Marina Bay, nearby the Singapore River. Visited around the building, this is the Singapore’s performing arts venue for those local and international performances. We enjoyed the scenic along the riverside, took some pictures and heading to the Singapore Flyer! I hate the day without blue sky, its cloudy day today, huh, all the photos looks dull and plain without good weather and blue sky & white cloud! Seems almost raining soon, we quickening our steps and try to reach Singapore Flyer as soon as possible! We passed by the national day grand stand, floating platform and F1 track along the way to flyer. It’s kinda expensive if you want to turn one round in the flyer! It costs about SGD 28, bloody expensive! So, we just had high tea at the café and hang around the souvenirs shops! The Singapore flyer really huge, it is even bigger than London Eye!
At first, we tend to go over the Merlion Park, but what a pity, it’s under construction! Hearsay it was split down by the thunder, too bad, couldn’t snap any photos with the vital landmark of Singapore! Then we took cab and go over Bugis Street, and lastly back to Jurong Point to catch up with one of my old-mate – Hui Jung! We had our dinner at one of the restaurant (Ichiban-sushi) at the Japanese food street. Really happy can met up with him, I really couldn’t remember when’s our last outing, maybe last year or maybe couple years ago? Ha-ha. Look through all the photos taken along these days, I really looks so tired and I need a sufficient & proper rest badly! Well, I need to rest well and charge my ‘battery’ to the max and rocks the Sentosa Island tomorrow! Good night, buds! (:
